Prin excep\u021bie, unele b\u0103nci solicit\u0103 \u0219i o adeverin\u021b\u0103 de venit cu ultimele 3 venituri \u00eencasate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pensionar<\/strong> &#8211; Decizia de pensionare \u0219i ultimul talon de pensie sau extras de cont cu ultima pensie \u00eencasat\u0103<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indemniza\u021bie de maternitate\/ cre\u0219tere copil<\/strong> &#8211; Decizie de plat\u0103 a indemniza\u021biei de maternitate emis\u0103 de DGASPC (Direc\u021bia General\u0103 de Asisten\u021b\u0103 \u0219i Protec\u021bia Copilului), extras de cont cu ultima indemniza\u021bie \u00eencasat\u0103. Op\u021bional, unele b\u0103nci solicit\u0103 \u0219i adeverin\u021ba de venit cu ultimele 3 salarii \u00eencasate \u00eenainte de intrarea \u00een concediu de maternitate, al\u0103turi de decizia de suspendare a contractului de munc\u0103 pe perioada concediului maternal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dividende<\/strong> &#8211; Actele financiare ale firmei de la care au fost distribuite \u0219i \u00eencasate dividendele (bilan\u021b \u0219i balan\u021ba cu ultimii 1 sau 2 ani financiari \u00eencheia\u021bi), hot\u0103r\u00e2rea\/ hot\u0103r\u00e2rile de distribuire a dividendelor, fi\u0219a contului contabil 457, dovada de plat\u0103 a impozitului pe dividende, extrasele de cont\/ sau notele de \u00eencasare care confirm\u0103 dividendele distribuite, actul constitutiv, al\u0103turi de certificatul de \u00eenregistrare ale firmei, certificat constatator nu mai vechi de 30 de zile, emis de Registrul Comer\u021bului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chirii<\/strong> &#8211; Contractele de \u00eenchiriere \u0219i actele adi\u021bionale (dac\u0103 este cazul), declara\u021bia unic\u0103 212 \u0219i recipisa de depunere, actele de proprietate ale imobilului \u00eenchiriat \u0219i un extras de carte funciar\u0103 al acestuia nu mai vechi de 3 luni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Management\/ mandat\/ administrare<\/strong> &#8211; Contractul de management\/ mandat\/ administrare \u0219i actele adi\u021bionale (dac\u0103 este cazul), Declara\u021bia unic\u0103 212 \u0219i recipisa de depunere, adeverin\u021ba cu ultimele 3 venituri \u00eencasate, emis\u0103 de compania cu care a fost \u00eencheiat contractul de management\/ mandat\/ administrare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract de agent sau comision din asigur\u0103ri<\/strong> &#8211; Contractul de agent\/ comision, declara\u021bia unic\u0103 212 \u0219i recipisa de depunere, adeverin\u021ba de venit cu ultimele 3 venituri \u00eencasate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Navigatori<\/strong> &#8211; Carnet valabil de marinar, contractele de \u00eembarcare \u00eencheiate \u00een ultimii 2 ani (\u00een care s\u0103 se reflecte veniturile nete lunar), foaie matricol\u0103 de la Autoritatea Naval\u0103 Rom\u00e2n\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venituri din str\u0103in\u0103tate<\/strong> &#8211; Contract de munc\u0103 \u0219i acte adi\u021bionale, permis de \u0219edere emis de autorit\u0103\u021bile \u021b\u0103rii unde se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea (dac\u0103 este cazul), certificat de reziden\u021b\u0103 fiscal\u0103\/ fi\u0219a fiscal\u0103 cu dovada pl\u0103\u021bii impozitelor pe venit, extras de cont cu veniturile \u00eencasate \u00een ultimele 6 sau 12 luni. \u00cen func\u021bie de analiza f\u0103cut\u0103, lista enumerat\u0103 mai sus poate fi completat\u0103 \u0219i cu alte documente, la solicitarea b\u0103ncilor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Documente ale Imobilului<\/h2>\n<p>Pentru evaluarea \u0219i aprobarea creditului, vor fi necesare documentele imobilului:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Act de proprietate<\/strong>\u00a0al v\u00e2nz\u0103torului, care s\u0103 confirme dreptul de proprietate asupra imobilului.
