Acestea sunt:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <b>Carte Funciar\u0103<\/b> mai recent\u0103 de 30 de zile, este important de \u0219tiut c\u0103 se verific\u0103 \u0219i dreptul de proprietate asupra terenului sau a unei cote de teren de sub imobil. \u00cen func\u021bie de ce men\u021biuni apar in Cartea Funciar\u0103, se pot cere documente suplimentare \u00een vederea verific\u0103rii situa\u021biei imobilului<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8211; Act de dob\u00e2ndire<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 mai multe tipuri de a dob\u00e2ndi un imobil.
